デザイナー自身がデザインのリサーチ時に常に持ち歩いていたバッグをイメージソースに製作されたショルダーバッグ。手持ちとショルダーの2WAY仕様で、シーンに応じた使い分けが可能です。内ポケットも備え、機能性にも優れたデザインに仕上げられています。

素材には、尾州地方の歴史ある機屋にて旧式の織機を使用し、丁寧に織り上げたオリジナル生地を採用。経糸には14番双糸のシルク紬糸、緯糸には双糸撚りの25番手リネンを使用し、リネンのハリ感とシルクの柔らかさが絶妙に調和した、奥行きのある風合いが特徴です。

さらに、製織後にストーンウォッシュを施すことで、シルクが白化し、ヴィンテージのような深みのある表情へと変化。京都の歴史ある染工場では、熟練の職人が一点一点手作業で天然ニカワコーティングを施し、これにより生地に適度なハリと強度が加わり、使い込むほどに骨董品のような経年変化を楽しめます。

The material is an original fabric that is carefully woven on an old-fashioned loom at a historic weaver in the Oshu region. The warp thread is made of 14-ply silk tsumugi thread, and the weft thread is made of 25-ply linen, which is a perfect harmony of the firmness of the linen and the softness of the silk, creating a deep texture.

In addition, by applying a stone wash after weaving, the silk becomes white and changes to a deep, vintage-like expression. At a historic dyeing factory in Kyoto, skilled craftsmen apply a natural hide coating by hand one by one, which adds moderate firmness and strength to the fabric, and the more you use it, the more you can enjoy the aging process like an antique.
