VINTAGE SELVAGE DENIM "PRE-SHRINK"

当時のXX ( ダブルエックス ) デニムを追求して作り上げた、旧式力織機(シャトル織機)で高密度に打ち込んだセルビッチデニムです。XX特有のタテに長く細く連なる紡績ムラを再現した糸を使用して、当時の経糸のインディゴに現れる絶妙な染めムラを特殊な手法を用いロープ染色で再現しています。

かなり古い時代の素朴なハウスブランドのアイテムをインスピレーションにしたデニムブラウス。
襟周り、前立て裏をセルヴィッチ仕立てにする等、かなり贅沢かつクラシックなスタイルを取り入れました。タックボタンは鉄製の無塗装。徐々に錆びて行く為、独特な風合いとルックスに育ちます。
一般的なデニムのカラーとは違う、唯一無二の経年変化が楽しめ、着用を重ね洗い込む度に、自分だけの一着に育ちます。

VINTAGE SELVAGE DENIM "PRE-SHRINK"

This selvedge denim is created in pursuit of the XX (Double X) denim of the time, and is woven with high density using an old power loom (shuttle loom). Using yarn that reproduces the long, narrow vertical spinning irregularities unique to XX, we use a special method to reproduce the exquisite dyeing irregularities that appear in the indigo warp threads of the time.

A denim blouse inspired by simple house brand items from a very old era.
The collar and back of the placket are made with a selvedge finish, giving it a very luxurious and classic look. The tuck button is made of unpainted iron. As it gradually rusts, it develops a unique texture and look.
You can enjoy the unique aging effect that is different from the color of regular denim, and the more you wear and wash it, the more it will become your own unique piece.

KAKISHIBU GARMENT DYE
This special item is hand-dyed one by one by skilled craftsmen at a historic dyeing factory in Kyoto, and is garment-dyed with persimmon tannin. The more you wear it, the more you can enjoy the unique aging effect.
