VINTAGE SELVAGE DENIM "PRE-SHRINK"

当時のXX ( ダブルエックス ) デニムを追求して作り上げた、旧式力織機(シャトル織機)で高密度に打ち込んだセルビッチデニムです。
XX特有のタテに長く細く連なる紡績ムラを再現した糸を使用して、当時の経糸のインディゴに現れる絶妙な染めムラを特殊な手法を用いロープ染色で再現しています。
熟練の職人が一点一点ユーズド加工を施し、ヴィンテージの着古したかの様な非常に味のあるカラーリングと風合いに仕上げています。
鉄製のタックボタンとリベットを使用しているので、着用を重ねる度に錆びてヴィンテージの様な経年変化が楽しめます。

一周ウエストゴムが入ったリラックスフィットの5ポケットイージーパンツ。
一見シンプルな5ポケットパンツのデザインですが、ウエストにゴムを入れたイージーパンツ仕様。同ブランドからリリースされているBELTED TROUSERSに比べ、腰回りをややワイドに設定し、裾周りをスッキリさせることでリラックス感のあるテーパードラインが特徴となっています。
リベットは鉄製の銅メッキ。徐々に錆びて行く為、独特な風合いとルックスに育ちます。

VINTAGE SELVAGE DENIM "PRE-SHRINK"

This is a selvedge denim made with a high density loom (shuttle loom) in pursuit of the XX (double X) denim of the time.

The yarn reproduces the long, thin vertical spinning unevenness that is unique to XX, and the exquisite dyeing unevenness that appears in the indigo warp thread of the time is reproduced using a special method of rope dyeing.

Experienced craftsmen apply distressed processing to each piece, giving it a very tasteful coloring and texture that makes it look like a worn vintage item.

The iron tack buttons and rivets are used, so you can enjoy the aging process that rusts with each wear and vintage-like look.

Relaxed fit 5-pocket easy pants with elastic waistband.

At first glance, it looks like a simple 5-pocket pants design, but it is easy pants with elastic waistband. Compared to the BELTED TROUSERS released by the same brand, the waist is slightly wider and the hem is slimmer, giving it a relaxed tapered line.

The rivets are copper-plated iron. As they gradually rust, they develop a unique texture and look.
