~about fabric~
当時のXX ( ダブルエックス ) デニムを追求して作り上げた、旧式力織機(シャトル織機)で高密度に打ち込んだセルビッチデニムです。
XX特有のタテに長く細く連なる紡績ムラを再現した糸を使用して、当時の経糸のインディゴに現れる絶妙な染めムラを特殊な手法を用いロープ染色で再現しています。
熟練の職人が一点一点ユーズド加工を施し、ヴィンテージの着古したかの様な非常に味のあるカラーリングと風合いに仕上げています。
鉄製のタックボタンとリベットを使用しているので、着用を重ねる度に錆びてヴィンテージの様な経年変化が楽しめます。

かなり古い時代の素朴なハウスブランドのアイテムをインスピレーションにしたカバーオール。
ヴィンテージの味わいを出しつつも濃色で製作されたバランス感の良い仕上がり。ジャケットとカバーオール、双方のディテールがミックスされたユニークなデザインはどこか品を備えた印象で、シャツやスラックスとのキレイめなスタイリングにも相性良好です。
タックボタンは鉄製の無塗装。徐々に錆びて行く為、独特な風合いとルックスに育つ経年変化も楽しめるアイテムです。

~about fabric~
This is a selvedge denim made with a high density weaving on an old-fashioned power loom (shuttle loom) in pursuit of the XX (double X) denim of the time.
The yarn reproduces the long, thin vertical spinning unevenness that is unique to XX, and the exquisite dyeing unevenness that appears in the indigo warp thread of the time is reproduced using a special method of rope dyeing.
Each piece is treated with a distressed finish by a skilled craftsman, giving it a very tasteful coloring and texture that makes it look like a worn vintage item.
The iron tack buttons and rivets are used, so you can enjoy the aging process that rusts with each wear.

A coverall inspired by items from a simple house brand from a very old era.
A well-balanced finish made in dark colors while still giving it a vintage feel. The unique design, which mixes the details of both the jacket and the coverall, gives it a classy impression, and goes well with neat styling with shirts and slacks.
The tack buttons are made of unpainted iron and will gradually rust, giving them a unique look and feel that you can enjoy as they age.
